Marc S. Berman - Mr. Berman is a 1983 Phi Beta
Kappa graduate of Columbia College, Columbia
University, New York, New
York, where he received
his B.A. Magna Cum Laude. He is a 1986
graduate of the Law School of the University of
Pennsylvania. From 1986 until
1988 Mr. Berman
was associated with the law firm of Sill Cummis
Zuckerman Radin Tischman Epstein & Gross
in Newark, New Jersey. From 1988 until
1990,
he served as an Assistant State Prosecutor in
Hudson County. He founded his own
office in
1990. Mr. Berman is a member of the
American
Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association,
Passaic County Bar Association, Essex County Bar
Association, and Bergen County Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice before all state and
federal courts in New Jersey, as well as before the United
States Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal.
